Hiltons Curio Collection opens sixth property in London

Hilton has unveiled its latest London property under the Curio Collection brand, located in Stratford. The hotel is housed within an 18-storey building that sits above the Stratford Grocer and Co – a food market, deli and coffee shop and in 2022 a rooftop bar and restaurant will open on the 18th floor. The Gantry will be the sixth Curio hotel in London.

Melia Hotels international to open ME Barcelona

Melia Hotels is set to open its first luxury hotel in Barcelona under its ME brand. The new ME Barcelona will open on 25 November on the Passeig de Gracia and features 164 rooms and suites across 14 floors. The hotel will also house a 1,200sqm rooftop patio and pool on the eighth floor with a Technogym equipment and spa and restaurant.

Accor partners with Paris Olympic games

Accor has become an official partner of the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024. Under the terms of the deal, the hotel will offer services to athletes and the media in their respective villages.

IHG opens Crowne Plaza Budapest

IHG Hotels has opened its first property in Hungary located in the country’s capital Budapest. The 230-room Crowne Plaza Budapest is situated next to the Nyugati rail station on the eastern side of the city. Features of the hotel include the brand’s signature Plaza Workspace, 13 meeting rooms, club lounge with private terrace and Axis Café.

Kimpton to open the first hotel in Budapest

The Kimpton Budapest, the first hotel from the brand is due to open in 2025. The hotel will be in Jozsef Bem Square in central Budapest, on the western bank of the Danube. The hotel will feature 127 rooms and a rooftop bar.
